Enhancements to the WordPress Website for

Ace Decluttering

After connecting with Callie of Ace Decluttering on LinkedIn and discussing my prior experience working with a declutterer, she requested a free mini-website audit. During the audit, I identified several areas for improvement.

Callie mentioned that her budget was limited, and she could only afford a few hours of work. We agreed to collaborate within her budget, with Callie handling some of the improvements herself.

Subsequently, I made the following enhancements:

  • Header Adjustments: Optimised the headers on the Ace Decluttering Website for better readability and SEO performance.

  • Footer Refinement:

    • Worked with Callie to simplify the footer to make it more streamlined and user-friendly and how she wanted it to look visually.

    • Added the Mental Health First Aid Logo to highlight Callie's qualifications and services.

  • Image Review:

    • Conducted a thorough image review, identifying size issues and advising Callie on optimal image dimensions for faster loading times and visual appeal.

    • While Callie updated most images herself, I assisted with the trickier blog images.

  • Mobile Responsiveness: Ensured the Ace Decluttering Website displayed seamlessly across all devices by making necessary adjustments for mobile responsiveness.

Using my Technical and Creative Services hourly rate, I was able to keep within the client's budget. With my technical expertise and keen attention to detail, these enhancements significantly boosted the website's functionality, accessibility, and user experience.
